I decided to just check the website and saw we were approved abt a week ago !!!! (I did not get a text or an e mail either) .... anyway.. finally APPROVED .. yayyy.... NOA2! :)

USCIS (96 Days)

Apr 4, 2011: I-130 sent

Apr 7, 2011: NOA1

Jul 12, 2011: Case approved (checked USCIS case status)

Jul 18, 2011: NOA2 hard copy received

NVC (31 Days)

Aug 1, 2011 : NVC Received

Aug 18, 2011: NVC Case and IIN Number generated

Aug 18, 2011: DS-3032 Email sent by Beneficiary

Aug 18, 2011: I was able to sign in to Payment portal

Aug 19, 2011: Sign In Failure 1, Invoices Being Produced

Aug 22, 2011: DS-3032 Accepted

Aug 22, 2011: AOS Invoice Generated and Paid Online Status "In Process"

Aug 23, 2011: IV Invoice Generated and Paid Online Status "In Process"

Aug 24, 2011: AOS Fee Status "Paid"

Aug 25, 2011: IV Fee Status "Paid"

Aug 26, 2011: Mailed AOS and IV Packages together

Sept 1, 2011 : Case Completed !!

DIVORCE: final May 2015 - never whould have married without dating in-person for at least a year.

Hey everyone I filed on April 26th in the UK and the US Embassy website have updated saying they are currently processing petitions filed on April 15th...so not much longer! Seems to be a lifetime! Good luck to all! :)

I hope those of you who are waiting get your NVC #s this week!!! I am sending all my NVC luck your way. :star:

I sent in the DS 230 packet today and nearly felt ill as I watched the postman take it from me- I went back to my office and made sure I didn't forget anything the Gov't second guess yourself syndrome! but now its back to waiting - at least I know how to wait by now!!

01/03/2012 Sent REF documentation to California Service Center 2079 pages sent to USCIS
01/05/2012 UPDATED CASE STATUS...On January 5, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence.
02/07/2012 NOA2 I-130 APPROVED

06/27/2012 Interview Date
05/12/2012 Medical done in Lahore
06/272012 DENIED AT THE INTERVIEW 212(A)(5a) ***this code is incorrect*** We have no idea why they denied the visa!

APPEAL PROCESS
08/29/2012 File received back at NVC Embassy and forwarded to CSC
09/10/2012 Received a NOA 1 & Text Message that file was sent to California Service Center where they will make a decision on our case.

05/29/2013 Reaffirmed by USCIS without any appeal process

Embassy

07/02/2013 The Embassy called my husband for packet 3.

07/11/2013 My husband sent in packed 3

07/17/2013 Embassy refused our case yet again without an Interview and set our file back to NVC

07/20/2013 NVC returned out file to USCIS

09/29/2013 To date USCIS has not entered our case back into the system and no one knows where it is!

NOA2 text message received on 7-18-11, we had got our NOA1 on 4-21-11........................ok, so now who knows how long at NVC? the processing times on here say 61 days, wow, another two months??? OMG!!

Just want to let you all know that VSC has just approved an early June filer.

USA

01/08/13 - Approved and GC is order for production on 1/8/14

09/12/13 - Case transferred to CSC. NOA2 received on 09/18/13

08/30/13 - Biometrics Done - No walk ins allowed at this LSC (received on 8/16/13).

08/05/13 - NOA1 (received on 08/10/13)

08/01/13 - Mailed I-751 (received on 8/2/13 - check cashed on 8/5/13)

12/28/11 - Received SSN (applied on 12/20/11, as we didn't get based on DS-230 options)
11/28/11 - Received Green Card (Expires on 10/30/13) - Welcome Letter on 11/17/11
10/30/11 - POE - Houston, TX

Chennai Consulate (40 days)
10/28/11 - Received Visa papers and Passport at VFS
10/25/11 - Interview Cleared Successfully (Spouse was not allowed in)

NVC: (90 days from NOA2 to Consulate)
08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC

Well, that just adds to my frustration, doesn't it? lol

It seems that CSC just totally stopped processing applications when my date comes up. But maybe everyone must have thought that as soon as their dates started coming close, huh?
