I've been reading that thread of people entering random case numbers of CSC files. CSC is definitely working on their way through most of the March filers and should be moving into April files soon if they haven't started on a few already.

While my optimism remains tempered, I have gone from thinking that a mid-August adjudication from being only possible to quite possible or probable.

Our journey:

September 2007: Met online via social networking site (MySpace); began exchanging messages.
March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file

I'm an early April Filer. Lets hope I get it soon. I am shooting for a ballpark around the week after Independence Day (July 4th).

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 20, 2011 and July 29, 2011*.

You know, when I started this whole process I was so worried that everything was going to take the maximum estimated time. 5 months for the I-130, 5 months for the NVC and whatever else came in the middle. I was a member of a different forum and when I made a post about hoping to have my Mr. home for Christmas they basically all laughed at me and said that was pretty much impossible.

Thank God for VJ because I now have hope and am prepared. I just love getting on everyday and seeing my estimated timeline get farther and farther to the beginning of August! I pray that even though it is estimated, it stays true and I can start, and maybe even finish, the NVC process before I go back to school in the fall!

Good luck to everyone and keep a positive attitude and hope in your lives!

07/21/2011~ NOA2 email and text! 85 days!

I did the same except I put "N/A" instead of "none"

Sorry, guys, I'm not April filer - May's one B-). Hm, does it mean that I've screwed up myself :wacko: ?

Initially, I left all 22a and 22b "N/A", but after I've found some other responses on VJ and having gone through application one more time, I put Montreal (at the beginning it was Toronto) and Canada for 22b (since relative is abroad ). And I guess, this is correct.

In my opinion, that is the typo from USCIS about q.22, since it has 2 different parts and USCIS should definitely modify this form.

I wonder, how is it possible to get wrong NOA2 showing the beneficiary's adjustment of status in the USA if your i130 clearly says that your wife (husband) resides outside the USA? The only answer is: human's factor at USCIS. I mean, some people are not professionally trained for processing applicants' forms.

P.S. It would be interesting to hear responses from those applicants who put info in 22b (abroad) and got their i130s approved without any mistakes from USCIS side (saying about adjusting status).

August 25th, 2011- Received case number, IIN, and Beneficiary ID number from operator, Gave email addresses, Sent in optin email, Submitted DS-261

August 25th, 2011- Optin Acceptance Email received

August 25th, 2011- AOS bill invoiced and paid

September 2nd, 2011- AOS bill appears as PAID, Emailed I-864 package

September 2nd, 2011- IV bill invoiced and paid

September 13th, 2011- IV bill appears as PAID, Submitted DS-260 and emailed DS-260 supporting documents

September 13th, 2011- Received a bogus RFE that was false but resubmitted requested documents that were already there anyways

September 21st, 2011- Case Complete!

November 2nd, 2011- Medical in Vancouver

November 7th, 2011- INTERVIEW in Montreal!!! APPROVED!!! :)

November 24th, 2011- POE- Undecided yet! :)

07/17/2013 Embassy refused our case yet again without an Interview and set our file back to NVC
