Well the exams went VERY well! I had such a bad migraine on the drive back home going all out on my pharmacology exam I BARELY made it home. Feeling much better now. Nursing school is TOUGH! lol

I am also glad to report there have been two early March Filers that have recived approvals today. One at 92 days and the other at 90 days! Looks like CSC is still working!

U guys will be very very lucky if u get ur NOA2 with 120 Days... Nothing like we July/August 2010 filers went through... glad to see CSC finally got their S**T together and finally doing things right and fast(Fingers Crossed)...

"Unusual situation" == I (US citizen) was widowed 3 years ago with 5 young kids - not healthy to have young kids separated from the man they consider their new dad, considering the recent bereavement process they went through. Financial loss of opportunity component is related, so the USCIS phone rep was very cordial about the whole situation. 1 RFE email from them, then nothing. No news is good news - they did not summarily dismiss the request. I appreciate how kind the phone rep was.

So sad to hear this. I hope you do get an expedite. Family anguish with small children in my opion does deserve an expedite.

In other good news...I think they are around WAC1190290090 for case status'. Found this in another thread. Just playing with numbers it seems to be about 90-110 days for approvals which is also the pattern we have been seeing with Igor's timeline.

This puts me from that case number 45,000 applications away....

That's a weird thread/case. It's one heck of an outlier. I was starting to think maybe a DCF, but towards the end of it, the petitioner just got lucky.

That case was likely expedited, once the OP realized what that term meant, he posted an extreme personal circumstance on the thread that he mentioned to USCIS.

A few March filers with priority dates only a week or two before ours are getting approved. I leave to meet my hubby in Turkey on Tuesday and I sooo hope I get an approval while I am there with him. I have my family checking my mail every day for me while I am gone just in case I dont get an email update.

My timeline changed by a week over the past two days also...

Based on timeline data, your I130 may be adjudicated between July 25, 2011 and August 10, 2011*.

But it's gonna be sooner than that I can just feeeeeel it!!!

And only 41,925 applications until mine lol lol lol

Mine has moved up a complete month from when first started. I am late Middle July to Early August now.

LOL I know... My husband that the whole halloween thing was was really weird. I explained to him how we were shopping for our costumes and all about trick-or-treat and he was laughing so hard!!! He said he wants a Hulk costume that shoots green spit

It feels so weird not having to think about nursing stuff, exams, assignments, clinicals. It felt weird today as I was doing housework and my mind was not thinking about something school related. Feels good to be on break, but I have noticed that time does go much slower not doing school work and just doing things around the house.

Ugg...lol

Hope everyone is doing ok, today it's 72 days for me in USCIS. Lets hope for an approval around July 4th!
