Have any of you done the Master Cleanse or anything like it? Cleansing your body and ridding it of toxins etc? I think the Master Cleanse is about 10 days or there abouts.

Something I have been thinking of recently. Please share your experiences.

The Master Cleanse SUCKS. I think I've posted about this like twice before. It left me with so little energy I couldn't WALK three blocks after four days. And I was a very healthy 20 year old when I did it.

It doesn't do anything for you, unless you are on some sort of spirit quest or something. :whistle:
