My attorney mailed the forms in 2x and they never received them. The 1st time the 1st week of December the 2nd time again in January. I believe he opted in for EP January 31 or there about. We had a request for evidence packet 3 supplement, Marriage license again, and the ds-230 she left it blank from age 16-18 because she never moved out of her parents house until she was 18. So it took 2.5 months from the OPTIN email to get it completed. Now we wait for interview to be scheduled.

We had a request for evidence packet 3 supplement - alas - that's one of the forms covered in the EP wiki.

The form is required for both paper filing and EP, alas.

You bucking for partial refunds from yer attorney, on each thing that was munged? I suggest 125 refund on each thing that was munged. submit an invoice back to him, see what happens. Since he wasn't trainable THEN, it's better to get partial refund for his stupidity.

He monged up somethings for sure umm I send my wife about 600-800 a month delayed us almost 4 months he owes me $2400-$3200 less the $1k I owe him he still owes me $1400-$2200 I am supposed to pay him another grand LOL! What a joke I told him EP back in NOVEMBER. Finally he sent the OPTIN email to the NVCinquiry instead of nvcelectronic, but that was end of JANUARY he's a dolt! Don't forget the first RFE amd then the 2nd and then the OPTIN DELAY. 1 Frick up after another if I was not on top of the case (Thanks to VISAJOURNEY) we'd still be waiting for papers to be processed that they lost last year.

ya, I've been following yer case progress - my apologies for sounding harsh - but - yer attorney isn't trainable, at all.

I do note, for anyone else with a casefile headed to China, using an attorney -

attorney involvement at NVC is NOT required, petitioner can send in all for the EP process - so anyone else reading this? if you can't train yer attorney in one day (from my wiki page on EP) then

tell him / her to stop working on the casefile, and YOU handle all the rest of it.
