What if my PD was current before my case was completed by NVC?

they might have looked a lil more and found the information. But as it relates to the F2A case.. no movement will happen.

You are probably right. Well, in the worse case scenario I will wait 6 months for the interview to be scheduled, according to my predictions :blush:

I think I was affected by the F2A retrogression . My PD is FEB 08, but it looks like NVC has already processed those applications and now they are back processing 07's. What happens now? My case was completed last month.

If you filed and submitted all the paper works and sent the fees required before the retrogression occur they might give you an interview but they'll not going to issue a green card until the PD is current again,some got their interview after the retro but they were given 180 days to inquire if the visa number are available for them.still they'll have to wait...
