I prefer to drive +/- 10% (usually +, but don't tell) the posted speed limit and not worry about other drivers. When you obsess over others that have no direct bearing on your well-being, you fuss and you out yourself as an unhappy person. I feel almost sorry for you... although personally, being the internet and all, there's always a chance its all just a face you put out there for your own entertainment.

Stress is a lower brain phenomena that can be useful (fight or flight) or destructive (panic and shock). Focus is important, but so is not fixating on any one particular thing. However, as I get older, I find I need less and less stress, and so avoid many of the stressful activities I used to enjoy.
