I beg to disagree, it is MY RIGHT as an American Citizen that upholds our laws, pays my taxes, votes on all issues including immigration to have my husband to live with me here. Betsy, I always have respected your opinions even if we do not see eye to eye, but please do not come at me trying to refer to me needing big girl panties, while it is good for a chuckle  , it hardly seems an appropriate way to refer to me and what I may be needing to do.

I also feel I am used to this process, and I have handle it rather well, but I will never accept being lied to, and if their workers are misinformed and misinforming others, I feel it is a huge problem that needs to be addressed with more management/employee discourse.

Actually, if you are a Christian, US Citizen MALE, you have NO RIGHT to marry a Muslim, Egyptian WOMAN. It is forbidden by law.

Well seeings how I am NOT a MALE I still contest it is MY RIGHT. Notice how I said MY right??? Come on do not come late to the game and start posting random things that DO NOT pertain to ME. Also NOT ALL EGYPTIAN WOMEN ARE MUSLIM. Check your facts then come again.

Hey Amber - any movement? Hope all is well !

Hello Darnell, the only movement so far is me moving 6000 miles away LOOOOOL. I am here in Cairo now with Ahmed awaiting any news of an interview. I will not leave Egypt again without him, this waiting an ocean apart is just awful, so we decided I would move to Cairo until he can come to the States. Thanks for checking in on us. I pray all is well with you!
