Do nothing. N proof of ongoing realtionship is needed for the petition. NONE. You will not get an RFE for proof of relationship.

3 months is nothing, you have another 2-3 months to wait.

You also need a "fiance", there are no visas for girlfriends or boyfriends.

HI!! What do you mean I will not get RFE? Maybe I have to endure 2-3 more months as you said.... Yes you are ryt, I need to practice it... "my fiance", not boyfriend!...

So definitely we will receive a feedback from the USCIS, either requesting from us an RFE, or NOA-2 and then I will undergo interview? Is that what you meant? Thank you so much...

There is NO requirement at all to include proof of ongoing relationship with a petition submission. None. Ever. You will NOT get an RFE for something that is not required. I do not know if you may get an RFE for something else, I do not know what your fiance sent.

But you WILL NOT get an RFE for "proof on ongoing relationship"

You send the petition and some time later (about 6 months right now) you get an approval or you get an RFE asking for more information. Once approved it is sent to the NVC who reviews it and sends it to the consulate, wth whom you make an appointment for an interview.
