I'm a US citizen living in OZ. I haven't worked for the past 4 yrs as my husband (Australian) and I had 3 kids in those those 4 yrs and I have been a stay at home Mom.

I have income from a US bank account but it hasn't been enough to file a tax return. Each year I do speak to the IRS about filing and I am not required to do so as my income level is below a certain limit- I always here some "tapping on a few keys" while I'm on the phone with them and they state - OK - you're all set.

My Bank account in the US does have a decent amount of $$ from a sale of a home and I also own outright another home in the US that my husband and I plan to live.

My "other Assets" would total well over $500K. Would my other assets cover the fact that I don't have any Tax returns to show or do I need to get a go sponsor ?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
