hello, i am new to all this i file to bring my 2 kids to usa i and the time has come to fill a affidavit of support... my problem is i dont make enought money so my older soon he wants to help me, he makes enought money to sponsor my 2 kids and his family but we dont know which form we need to fill i live with him at his house so im not sure if i fill i864 or i fill i 864a or i864ez or which form my soon need to fill to help me..... please help!!!

yes i live with him.... what forms do we need??

You (the sponsor) have to fill up I-864 and because your son lives with you in the same house, he is considered to be a household member therefore he has to fill up I-864A. Make sure the sponsor signs both forms in the apropiate line, and of course the Household Member also signs his I-864A
