My Canadian cousin married a USC and she moved to Canada and was going to work in Canada. She fell pregnant and is now 4 months pregnant. She is having really bad health issues and they dont have the money for all her medication and doc visits so they are thinking about going to the States as she could get it all for free there.

Is there any way they could expedite the visa process as she really needs to be taken care of?

Will there be a problem that she (USC) is living in Canada with him right now?

Would the CR1 would be the right visa for them right as they have only been married since July 2010?

Where would his visa interview be seen as he is from BC?

He is in BC he would have his interview in MONTREAL, the other side of the country. Because Montreal US Consul is the ONLY place that does spousal visas.

The likely hood of expediting is slim because it is the USC that is pregnant and she can return to the USA whenever she wants to so that she can have her health taken care of.
