Response to my Expedite Request

Hello everyone, I just recieved a letter from USCIS stating " THIS IS RESPONSE TO YOUR EXPEDITE REQUEST THAT YOU SUBMITTED ON 04/01/2011. YOUR REQUEST FOR EXPEDITE PROCESSING OF YOUR CASE WAS ASSPROVED. YOUR SHOULD RECIEVE A NOA WITHIN 45 DAYS. A NOA MAY BE IN FORM OF APPROVAL NOTICE, DENIAL NOTICE, TRANSFER NOTICE, REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE, NOTICE OF INTENT TO DENY OR NOTICE OF INTENT TO REVOKE "

Does this mean my expedite request is approved But there is stilla chance it might be denied ?

Btw this was for I-130 for my spouse.

Expedite is approved, you should hear from them within 45 days. It may be approval, RFE or denial.

Not sure what you don't understand from their notice to you its pretty straight forward. They are looking at your petition and they will be sending you something in aprox 45 days.

that answered my question. Also I send one expedite request for both I-130 and I-129F, USCIS only replied for I-130. hopefully my K3 will be expedited as well.
