Last week was more then 30 days since NVC received my I-864 and DS-230 and its still under review.

Today spoke with live agent and she told me that because I submit new I-864EZ and it's got delayed because NVC only now start accepting new forms instead of old I-864 one.

Just a warning for people who using James shortcuts and don't want to wait for I-864 in the mail from NVC.

On the other note just spoke again with another agent to make sure that this is a case and she said everything is OK, no problem with I-864EZ, just NVC overloaded with cases that is why there is a delay.

:innocent::protest:

What can I say...........
