Hi Everyone,

Thank you in advance for your input, I am just putting together the I-130 packet with my wife, before I head home and we had a few (hopefully minor) questions

1). I-94 or lack thereof, I did not receive the little green card in my passport on this journey, I did get it back in Feb 2010 when I came over to collect my brothers remains, on the couple of trips since then I have not gotten this and the one from February is gone from the passport. I this a major problem with the I-130 filing or not, I ask this because I am leaving as soon as it is sent therefore I will not be in the country. also if it does matter would the stamp on my passport and the copy of my online VWP suffice?

If you have made it through the mess of a question above  (sorry about that) then I promise this one is easier,

2). Just wondering if we are posting this packet from Boston where should it be sent to?? I've been reading the forums for a few weeks now and it still is not clear to me, do they all get sent to Texas and then to wherever it should be?? such as Vermont?? Probably a stupid question but you know yourself I just want it to be right.

Once again thanks for your input I really appreciate it and good luck in all of your own journeys

Also if you think of any issues that stand out with the process that you feel we should know about feel free to let me know

Cheers

Brian & Ashley

Moving this to CR-1/IR-1 spouse visa forum. K-1 forum has to do with filing an I-129F for a fiancee visa...

1) No. The issuance of the green-I-94 card for VWP visitors has been discontinued. Will not be a problem.

2) Will be mailed to the PO box in Chicago as per the I-130 directions. http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-130instr.pdf (Page 4)

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
