If they get 5 years visa can they stay with me till their process is underway? 5 year multiple visa can work i guess.

really confused, means we cant live together till they are LPR. They will be staying there and i be here.

No, this would be overstaying the stay allowed at the POE, which will be putting them out of status, and once I-130 is approved and issued a visa number, and then returning to home-country to interview, they will then be dealing with a bar being placed on then for the overstay.

5 year multi-visa allows multiple visits to the USA, with allowed stays not normally more than 90 days to 6 months, leaving and then returning very shortly after can also be problematic for example making a day trip to Canada, the POE officer will tend to set the allowed stay to expire same time as it was when making the short trip out of the country.

how much time LPR has to be in US to apply for citizenship?

5 years LPR status. Needs to be resident in the USA more than half that time, with periods out of the country no more than 6 months at a time.

ok i got ur point...

one more thing please

should i get married in US or Pakistan. May be here would make bit difference...pls suggest.

Makes no difference where you marry.

Yes Hasan 5 year multiple entry visa does not mean your wife can stay in US for 5 year. On tourist visa the amount of time one can stay in the country is determined by CBP officer and max they stamp at a time is 6 months after which your wife will have to return back.

You can file for your future wife as most said for Lpr current wait time is 4 years before they would get their lpr status.
