The 5th Month...

Well, today is the 5th month for me and still no NOA2 Vermont is supposidly still in Semtember filers, thats what the lady told me...she said it would probably be another 62 days before I hear anything. But,september filers look already taken care of and it looks like there halfway through with october filers. im seeing november filers getting approved on Igor's list too so I hope im up next or veryy soon!! fingerss crossedddd!!!

if you go to the top of this page, youll see a category called immigration timeline, after you click that youll see a selection for igor's list. Its the status of all cases one visajourney.Its really nice to get a understanding on whose already been aapproved by dates. when did you file?

we filed in February 2010!!! now our case status is RFE i hope our decision will be in second part of April.

give it another month and a week, and if vermont keeps moving the way it has been lately, you will hopefully get it withing the next 3 weeks. cause they have been improving a bit. im on my 5 months, 1 week and 2 days. god bless and keep your head up

thanks for your encouragement i check my status everyday and it still has not changed at all. Ive never even got a touch lol so ill prob freak out when i do haha

Yea, We only had 1 touch the whole time. I hope we get through this soon it's been a long journey. Us NC girls gotta be strong Relax and enjoy the beautiful weather. Take Care

We have also filled in November 2010 (Vermont), and it will be 5 months since then on the 17th (sunday). I was happy to find this post, because we are on the same situation, same expectations, so I was glad to see your comments. Hopefully we will hear something from USCIS.

VSC is backed up and the processing times are getting longer every day . I am at 6 mths and there are many more from since August /Sept . Hope for the best and expect the worst .

I am a November filier as well... It is hard going thru this. Some of us need a little more help or support then others. Can we just try and be patient with each other? This life and this process would be even harder if we did not have each other or even someone to help and to guide us even just a little bit..

I check my case everyday the time is very close and like everyone I also want to be with my love one....

How do I know if it's been touched? Once I got the initial notice it was received I didn't check into the status much. Only recently did I go to their website and sign up for the email notification.

Hi, After you register at www.uscis.gov look at the date and if the date changes it means your file was either looked at or moved from one desk to another That's a "Touch". Good Luck On Your Journey
