I'm filing for a K-1 visa for my fiance and I just recently sent in the I-129F package on April 5, 2011 and along with the package, the first page was the G-1145 form. I also made it certified so i knew if they recieved it as well. I sent the package to:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266

I tracked it online at the usps website and it says that it delivered on April 8,2011. I still haven't recieved anything from USCIS and I thought that i would recieve a txt and email once they recieve it saying that they recieved the mail with in 24 hours. I don't know how to proceed. Should I just keep waiting? Did I do anything wrong? I triple checked the information on the form and I filled out everything they asked for.

you need to allow them more time, they get thousands of packages each day,in two to three weeks you should be getting a noa1 receipt 797c letter i hope,

I sent my I-129F on april 2....... track online, arrive in Dallas in April 4.......received email confirmation on April 8...... hope my timeline will help you..... :thumbs:

April 02, 2011 10:13AM I-129F Mailed to USCIS Dallas, Texas

April 04, 2011 12:25PM Delivered at USCIS Dallas, TX signed by C.Thornquist

April 08, 2011 12:20AM NOA1 (notification by email)

April 08, 2011 Personal Check USCIS, Credited from account.

April 11, 2011 11:52AM Rec I-797C, Notice of Action by mail. NOA1 Notice Date April 06, 2011

Sept. 23, 2011 Notification of Approval of NOA2 (Text Message)

Jan. 03, 2012 K1 Visa APPROVED (USA EMBASSY MANILA)

March 21, 2012 POE Dallas, Texas

I sent mine april 6th and they received it the 7th but got the email for noa1 just now with april 7th date...since you sent via regular mail give it a couple of more days!

9.12.2014 Applied for SSN (Day 79 (Day 74 from PD))

9.18.2014 Received SSN (Day 85 (Day 80 from PD))

10.08.2014 Received Interview Date for Nov 14th!! (Day 105 (Day 100 from PD))

11.14.2014 Interview Date!!! (Day 142 (Day 137 from PD))
