Salam alikum,

I agree have the petitioner call the Congressman and have her email and ask for updates. Back when we did this which was 3.5 years ago it would take a week for a response but at least we got one and it was vague. I called USCIS to actually know that my husband's visa was approved.

as u all know i am in the AP "Administrative processing" ,am satisfied with everything happen cuz all was writing by God.

but the Question now

what can i do ?

well, you can pretty much forget it and move on. AP is something they do to people when they don't believe the relationship is genuine. it's a waymarker on the path to the circular file.

That's not true. AP is highly common for almost all MENA males, and I have rarely heard of someone not being approved. If a relationship is not believed to be genuine they would get an RFE or 221g. AP is typically for FBI name checks.
