We used Future Son-in-Law for ours... but we ended up not needing a co-sponsor in the end.

What would the "Relationship to Sponsor" be for the co-sponsor if it is my mother?

Daughter in-law to be?

Son's fiancee?

I don't think that I need one, but I am preparing the forms just in case.

I don't think that I need one, but I am preparing the forms just in case.

Can't be for sure, as I didn't need this form. However, it sounds like a form that the co-sponsor would need to fill out themselves - not the actual sponsor. If that is the case, and your mother is the co-sponsor, then "Relationship to Sponsor" would be "Mother".

06/03/2011 - Fiancee waiting for her Passport
06/03/2011 - Not a peep from the Embassy (Manila)
07/21/2011 - Passport obtained
07/22/2011 - Interview scheduled 8/4
08/01/2011 - Fiancee and family on first flight EVER, to Manila
08/02/2011 - Medical
08/03/2011 - Medical (Passed, no concerns)
08/04/2011 - Interview! Passed! (they think)
08/24/2011 - Received Embassy email indicating fiance's visa has been issued!
08/31/2011 - 09/13/2011 Philippines Vacation!
09/14/2011 - Arrived together in Dallas, TX!

11/11/2011 - Married!

Since people want to get technical...

Yep, Blood is right, this is a K-1 visa process and procedure.

If the forum was named "I-129F Petition process and procedure" then it would be correct to be moved here.

However, since it is called K-1 visa, that implies everything dealing with the K-1 can be posted there, as you do not file for a K-1 visa at USCIS....

You're mom would put "Future daughter in law" or something like that, because she isn't sponsoring you, she is helping you sponsor your fiancee.

Best bet (unless someone that knows this answer replies), is to just make two. One that says "son" and another that says "future daughter in law".
