Hello all,

I'm fixing to get ready to put to start my K-1 visa journey. I'm glad I found this site. It has provided lots of great info. As I was putting things together I'm looking at the G-325A forms that need to be filled out. It says it must be signed by my fiancee. This might be a silly question but does she just print in out, complete the info, sign it, scan it and email it to me? I just want to make sure that's acceptable since obviously she's not here with me for the original. I'll get my VJ timeline setup here soon. :) Thanks!

Package needs two G-325A forms included, one from petitioner (US Citizen) and one from benificiary (Foreign Citizen). Each form needs to be an originally signed form, it cannot be a scan or a photo-copy. So beneficiary will need to download one fill it out and then mail it to you.

Or you can always fill one out for beneficiary, scan it and email to beneficiary, where they will sign it and return it to you by snail mail.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Fill out the G-325A for her, you can save the data typed into this form http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/g-325a.pdf then turn it into a PDF

Send the attachment by email you'll save time and less chance of mistakes on her part filling out the form all it needs is her sig.
