RFE

OH well. I thought it would work. I knew that I would receive an RFE and sure enough, it happened. Five days after I sent in what I thought was every missing document and all supporting evidence; around 75 pages. They will probably only need a small fraction of what I mailed last week. I just thought it would be at least two more months until they reached my file. I was hoping the packet I mailed last week would find its way into my first submission prior to them reviewing it. Only cost me 5 hours of copying and $10 for postage. But now, I must be positive. At least the approval or another RFE is right around the corner. Back in 1984 when I assisted my ex in petitioning her 4 kids from the Philippines, it was so much easier. Now they want everybody to put on tap dance shoes and get in line. I should just count my blessings and get with the program. I wonder if I should include in my response the fact that the packet I mailed last week is somewhere inside the CSC? I think I should just stop while I'm ahead. Keeping all my fingers and toes crossed now.
