hello... i just want to ask those VJ Fam who had recent medical at slec if medical cert. for a cesarean operation is ok... i requested for a medical operation history but bcoz 8 yrs had passed since i had the operation the hospital cant release my operation record this week and i am planning to do my medical at slec also this week... but they released my requested medical cert. today... is medical cert. ok???

What if your Hospital has went OB (Out Of Business) like I see so many do in PI?

there is no problem with my OB i know where to find her... the problem is the hospital cant release my operation record history bcoz its been 8 yrs passed and they will gonna look those records on the big pile... my OB already signed my request form...

^_^ nop not yet TCL... want to know if medical cert. is ok at slec for those who had an operation history... i dont have my medical operation record yet.. but after a wk., will they honor my medical cert.??? what i meant by my OB signed my request form is that.. she only signed the request slip for the operation history record.. and the hospital cant release those record this wk. but after a wk.

i guess you dont need to ,cause what they only need is your history of tuberculosis if you had before. if you do, thats what they will ask for a record esp. if reveals on your chest xray that u have a spot in your lungs having a tuberculosis leaves marks even you had when your still young and can be traced by xray otherwise you will undergo some medication and onething also is the record of your vaccination but if you cannot recall all the vaccination u rceived that will be fine anyway they will administer the required vaccines prior to ur departure.

I've been through a couple of surgeries and I did not present any medical record/cert nor was asked for it. But you can bring your vaccination record (if you have any)
