I asked that too and was told by one of a fellow vj's that your USC fiancee would be the one to write and print it for you to sign, don't really know though as I have just mailed my Biographic information to my USC fiancee for her to send to the immigration for processing.

I wish you goodluck.

You will just get an rRFE sent to you when they start processing your application. Don't send anything until you get that . We never sent one either and we got RFE and we just replied to that and approved 2 weeks later.

did your fiance sent it via scanned copy?

I don't know about the California Center, but I know I did not sent the letter of intent and I did not get and RFE. I just sent it to my fiance' to turn in.

thank you for the info:)

No we got the RFE and we wrote how we met and our intention and we sent it in signed. I was fortunate I was here in the states at the time so we did it all over the weekend and sent it off express post. We did not have to do 2 letters last year when we did 129f petition. Just one form my now husband.

But you can send yours scanned by email no problem to your fiance in USA
