Hi fellow vjs, am at the stage to write this letter but do not know how to go about it as the blank space is confusing to me. Please can someone kindly fill in the blank space for a better understanding to me? and also if it's the right way to write the letter. My USC fiance is filling from Texas.

Thank u.

(petitioner’s / beneficiary’s address)

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

(USCIS service center address)

or when submitting for interview

United States Department of State

United States Consulate, [name of country where Embassy is located]

[Embassy Address]

(date mm-dd-yyyy)

Dear Sir or Madam:

I, (applicant’s or beneficiary’s name) , do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (petitioner’s or beneficiary’s name), and intend to do so within 90 days of my arrival into the US using the K-1 visa.

Replace everything inside the ( and ). Get rid of the ( and ).

So for the first one (petitioner’s / beneficiary’s address)

It would be for example.

John Doe

123 Main Street

Houston, TX 12345

So for the (USCIS service center address)

It would be:

USCIS

P.O. Box 660151

Dallas, TX 75266
