Hello, first of all I found these forms of great. Has anyone ever filed I-130 and I-129F at same time ? I filed My i-130 and i-129F in same package at same address, and received two I-797C NOA, one for each. Does this mean they accepted both I-130 and I-129F or do I still need to mail I-129F seperate ?

My second question is, I requested to expedite my I-130 and I-129F to USCIS in California where my applications are. Now do i need to send a seperate EXPEDITE request for NVC once these applications get there ?

No longer bother yourself with the I-129F. It is EXTREMELY unlikly you will be granted a K-3

Yes, each section requires its own expedite, USCIS, NVC, and the consulate. USCIS expedite only applies to USCIS

Good luck

It is, as long as you meet the expedite criteria...which is quite a high standard to meet

Good luck

PS - yes, I counted each of those 178 days through USCIS, 25 through NVC and 2 months to get to the consulate

While that's certainly true, another criteria is whether any expedite granted is likely to result in uniting the family prior to the deployment. In this case it is highly unlikely, so don't be surprised if one, the request is denied, or two, even if the request is granted, the whole process is going to take more than six weeks, expedite times three or not.

Depending on the country, a better option might be to request an emergency visitor visa so you can be together for a short time before deployment.
