Favorite flavor of pie

My favorite pie is apple a la mode. But I like spicy pumpkin when it's in season...Oh, and I ADORE lemon meringue if it's not too heavy on the meringue...and key lime can be good. When I was a kid I loved the Baker's Square Peanut Butter Cup pie... Most fruit fillings are actually delicious.

Oh did I mention I'm on a diet right now? Is it, um, obvious?

My Dad had a garden and he planted some rhubarb one season. So my mom made homeade rhubarb pie....mmmmmm. Close second would be her peach cobbler with ice cream but I don't know if a cobbler qualifies as a pie.

Peeeecan, hands down, followed closely by warm apple with crumbles on top and cinnimon ice cream. We both love pumpkin in the fall...why oh WHY did I come to this thread? M.
