I'm finalizing our paper work to file a K-1 next week. So I may ask a few question today just to make sure I Have things 100% correct

My angel arrived back in the USA this week and will return home before her 90 day limit

So ? 1 is

I-129 F

1). line 12 asks is your Fiancee currently is the US easy Yes

But then it ask for

Arrival/ Departure Record (I-94) Number

she is here on the Visa Wavier Program So we have no (I-94) number

Only number I could use is the Application number on top of page or do I just say yes VWP

and leave number blank ???

on the ESTA Application question

F) asks have you ever been Denied a US visa or entry into the U.S. or had a U.S. visa canceled.

to which she answered NO

But in February we applied for a 6 month visa at Embassy and she was told No. because she had been here to much lately and only planed to return to get married.. which was not true and she will be returning after we file the paper work for our K1. so hopefully we can marry this fall. will this answer cause us problems later or is it a Non issue ???

The firstanswer is "NA-VWP"

the second answer should be YES, she WAS denied a visa. This denial will not affect her K-1. Falsifying answers WILL affect her K-1. Since you have not sent it yet, change the answer

But she did already answer No on this form,So the Damage is done April 2 before her flight had to fill out new ESTA form and she arrived here April 8 .. the new ESTA was necessary because her passport was due to expire. So i had her file for new passport.. this was just an over site on her part anything i can due to minimize any possible damage or are we

Hard to say if they'll ever put two and two together. If they do, it's probably a material misrepresentation. If they don't, then there's no later questions about whether you lied on an immigration form but there will be that same question again about being denied a visa. Of course, she'll answer correctly this time.

that she will it was simple over site on her part, but should I just remain silent or is it better, I point out her mistake before then, to show no intention of lying ???

also if you can on many forms it asks for our service center address . which I think will be California.

But right now I send paper work to TX lock-box do I use TX or Cal address ??? on these form ???

Follow the latest instructions and send the form to the TX PO Box address. However, no form asks for the address of your service center. You couldn't possibly answer such a question because they'll make that determination in Lewisville, TX. The I-129F asks the city and country where your fiance will apply for a visa. A petition is not a visa application. (I-129F is a petition for fiancee.)
