Australians getting Police Certficate P800?

Hey guys,

Just doing some reading on the Police Certificates and I was under the impression we had to the full disclosure. But then I was reading the instructions and came across this

Form P799 (Standard Disclosure) for general employment, visa, adoption, some occupational licensing purposes and for

volunteers working in Commonwealth supported aged-care facilities.

Form P800 (Full Disclosure) for purposes exempt from the NSW Criminal Records Act 1991, including employment as a

teacher or teachers aide overseas (ONLY).

So yeah.. which one? it clearly says P799 for Visas but theres been a few people on here that have actually got the P800.

Any answers?

I recently did mine and we used P800 form. P800 or full disclosure is the one required as per US Consulate website.
