Medical..physical deformity/abnormality

My wife suffered with Potts disease (spinal tuberculosis) when she was a young girl. All traces of TB are gone but her spine was severely deformed. She has NO problems (except shes short ) and has never been sick a day in her adult life but this has us worried:

"Class B medical notification. Medical notification of a physical

or mental abnormality, disease, or disability serious in degree or

permanent in nature amounting to a substantial departure from normal

well-being."

From what I understand, if the examining Dr determines she might have problems with her back in the future, it may cause us visa denial. Does anyone have any experiences with Class B medical problems or other input..?

They will note it in her form but it shouldn't be reason for a denial.

Spinal deformity should not be a reason for visa denial. As long as the TB is gone, her medical results related to TB should be fine.
