Moving to CR-1 / CR-2 forum.

8-12 months.

Note will be filing an I-130 for wife, and each child that is not a U.S. citizen.

Is he the father of the 8-month old? If so then child's birth should be registered at the US Embassy getting the child a US passport.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Yes he is the legitimate father both child ages 9yrs & 8 month old.. 2nd follow up question. the second child was born last aug 2010 then two days after birth..her mother put her on registration but her father was still LPR at that timwe while his(Father) Citizenship still in process... then later on he became US citizen on last dec.. 4months later after the child was born.. so would his child still be able to get a US passport? both his children if so ever..

Nope, father needed to be a US citizen before child was born, the children will need a visas, and once they are in the USA, they can then file an N-600 for child's citizenship.

In this case three I-130's will need to be filed, note this could be filed while LPR, getting petitions in process, (Spouse and children of LPR) and then get them upgraded once become a citizen, (Spouse and children of citizen)

Thank you Yu for responding my message.. then our last question..Is. During the father was filed his citizenship application, as a above mention he submitted the application last 1st of june 2010.. but he has not include his second child of where there is part of the question.. whenever he file them a petition would not be a problem to that process Just if.. I guess ..as long as his child last name was his father on her birh certifice.. so everything will be okay ? I dont know its just my idea..

just submit 3 I-130's with CURRENT information, disregard PRIOR information, as

--he's recently a USC

--child born after N-400 filed

things will 'catch up' on I-130 adjudication - no worries there.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
