Hi,

We have finally reached the last of our questions (we think)! I still don't know the answer to my previous question.

For the DS 156k, question 5, if she has no kids does she put none and puts nothing on the check list, or does she put none and put no on the checklist?

On the form ds 156 question 30; under additional visa issuances should she put that she had her J-1 visa extended, because she had it extended but she doesn't have a visa in her passport. Just a DS paper with the extension.

For the DS 157, question 17; is it acceptable to use an additional sheet to fill out all the education? There is only room for 2 lines typing, so this is a big concern for her. She wants to make sure she does everything right.

Last question. For the sworn statement, does she sign that at home or at the consulate?
