Okay ,I Sent in 1010.00 for AOS and EAD .Package was returned .Stating that amount of the check was incorrect. I've looked and can't find the right amount. Can someone please clue me in. Thx

I recommend send separately checks ,that means: $85 for biometrics, $985 for I-485. if you send the I-130 form then, you have to send a check for $420

Okay Thanks alot. Also what is the fee for AP.My wife wishes to travel this year to mother.

There's no fee for AP if applied for in conjunction with your AOS.

Also, as noted above, there's no need to send two separate checks. A single check for $1070 will be accepted.

you don't have to pay for EAD and AP when you concurrently file it with the AOS, or after applying for AOS.
