The whole section on VJ of all example forms are VERY helpfull. They show you how to fill out the forms.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Thanks Inky, i have read this also.. the part stating "Filing now with I-129f petition" , to me would be wrong, as our I-129f petition has already been approved.

also that is just a guide, and all cases are a little different, other thing to mention is that the sample form is no longer valid, as the expiration date is close to 1 year ago.

I-134 is a consulate thing it is not filed to USCIS with I-129F. Moving to Embassy/Consulate forum, there are hundreds of I-134 topics in that forum..

Also I see you will be running the gauntlet of Guangzhou, to learn about that particular consulate there is a site ( http://candleforlove.com ) There you will learn the specific pit-falls. GUZ is particularly tough on K-1 visas, not being prepared can be a hard interview.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
