This is what am not understanding if u have a conditional green card and you want to file for adjustment of status, do you send in your evidence of your marriage along with the form to the USCIS?

Hello Munchy as long as your are.. or were married they will need to have a copy of the marriage or divorce certificate (original or certified). IF you have a conditional green card then adjustment of status was already approved... so to life the conditions if filing jointly then yes.. if having the requirement waived then yes.

you're fully. do you only respond to K1 questions..?

I'm sure they only like to answer questions that they have experience with. For example, I would answer questions from a K1 up until the interview. However, I would not answer AOS questions as I have no experience with it.

I'm betting they feel the same way, hence why they edited their post.

Munchy - you're question isn't about adjusting status - it is about Removing Conditions on Residency (often called Lifting Conditions).

There is a guide for this here on VJ - Found HERE - the short answer to your questions is "Yes, you do have to file for removal of conditions and you would include evidence with your form."

Yes. Fill out the form I-751 and attach the evidence to it. Read the guides which Otto linked to.
