Please I need to know , what is the new address off Vermont Service Center ,because I am confused, I searched 2 address and I do not know which is correct, you could help,

The first address is if you send it via express mail while the second address is where you send it if you send it via regular mail. When you send express someone needs to sign for it and that is why it is sent at a different address. It is solely up to you which type of mail you want to send it as. I sent is express and they received it the next day! Still do not have my noa1 yet because they have not processed it through!

Yes, and you shouldn't send your I-129F to VSC, they will choose VSC or CSC. The fee is different also. I suggest you get the I-129F instructions, along with the I-129F and G-325A forms from the uscis.gov site. Also check the K-1 guide here.
