excuse my lenguage BUT this U.S shut down really gonna affect us, not only emotionally but monetary since my fiancee is in the service who got back from iraq few months ago got hit by an ID (bumb) .He was told today hes not getting paid!! i cant do anything but being mad and so is he since thats his job and how he earn his money to pay his bills even thou we have money saved that should be for our wedding and house so guess what yea we wnt have that money save anymore DONT GET ME WRONG HE LOVES HIS COUNTRY AND SERVES BECAUSE OF IT .Also we dont know what gonna happen to our visa :/ but yea this what i had to say.Tell me im whinning i dc i had to vent

[*]july 28 2009: start dating

[*]october 09 2009: met in person

[*]oct 11 2009:he proposed :D i know crazy lol

[*]october 28 2009: deployment to iraq :(

[*]november 05 2010: visit to mexico for 20 days :D

[*]november 25 2010: last time i hold him :(

[*]january 18 2011: k-1 sent

[*]feb 09 2011:NOA1

[*]june 03 2011: NOA2 :D

[*]july 1st 2011: packet 3 yayy

[*]august 18 2011: interview! hoping for the best

[*]august 18 2011: APROVED :D

[*]sepyember 3 2011: POE

[*]september 6 2011: marriage yayy

They said on the news they would pro-rate any pay... not sure how long for, or if that's any consolation.

Let's hope they sort everything out very soon!!!

02/10/12.... Hubby's GC in hand!

04/18/14.... approval letter dated (received 4/22)

 

Naturalization Journey

09/29/22.... filed N-400 online

09/30/22... NOA/biometrics reuse

01/23/23... interview scheduled for 02/28 

02/28/23... successful interview + oath ceremony in Santa Ana, CA! so proud! certificate of naturalization received! --> Read the review here!
