It does provide a link to the smilie, if I am curious enough to see. I may enable the avatars, but some do still bother me. I got rod of the signatures though. How many times do I have to see the same Pearl Harbour cartoon with an incorrect premise? Or the same liberal bashing quotes?

The whole VJ site has become an Islamic debate recently. All it has done for me is push me farther from wanting to convert because I can't stand how these sisters act. The sisters in my christian church would NEVER act like this. Great example girls! I will say though there are a few on here, Rahma, SZSZ, Justwaiting, Amal (sorry if I missed anyone) that keep me halfway interested so a big thanks to you all (L)

I have signatures turned off too, so unless someone references something interesting in someone's I don't even bother to look. I personally find it irritating to wade through twice as much signature as post. This is also why my signature is about " " this long!

Agreed. That's why I got rid of all of the "touches" and all that #######. An "AnaAndDaniel" post takes up half a page. Gets really annoying.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

That is not fair. You can't get around the system like that.

A message board my wife is on had to limit the length of signature lines. Also remember that some people are still on dial up. I am not, and can't imagine still being on it, but some are.

Timelines don't bother me, but a lot of the other stuff does, expecially when you have to look at it so very often.
