Dr. Seiden Toronto appointment scheduling wait times?

Hi all,

Saw a few threads commenting on not being able to reach anybody at the Dr. Seiden medical office in Toronto for visa medical exams. Has anyone gone recently? How long did you wait for a reply (after leaving a message), and how soon could you book an appointment? Is it at all possible to do a walk-in? Do they check if you had reserved an appointment or are on a list, or do they just let you come in, wait in the waiting room and call you in? I am only in Toronto for a few days and had hoped to schedule something before I leave-- I had no idea there was 'backlog' at the medical offices too, haha. Please share your experience!

I had no problem. Hard to get through on the phone but they WILL call you back, usually same day. I asked for a date (a few days away) and got it but once you're there, it's a first come basis. When you get a call back, she will go through all the things you need to bring with you. Best if you can get your vaccinations done in advance because they will charge you if they do it.

They usually call you back within 24 hours but you will probably not hear from them till monday now. Its first come first serve in the morning however you must have an appointment. No walkins.

As mentioned above, you must have an appointment. I left a message and they called back within 24 hours and left a message. Rather than playing phone/voice mail tag, I actually e-mail Dr. Steiden's office (panel.physicians@panelphysicians.com). They replied within 24 hours. Just provide your name and your interview date.

When I called and left a message, they called me back within an hour, and I the first available appointment was a week away... that was at the end of March.

Email them you hear back sooner.

Make sure you say in the email its in toronto and tell them your interview date.

I did this and heard back instantly and had an appt for the next week.

I did the same. Emailed and heard right back from them in like 10 minutes. I had also recently emailed a question about vaccinations and got an almost instant reply.
