I have browsed to this site many times and found a lot of helpful information. So I just wanted to say thanks to all of you right from the start. Now for my question.

I am filing to get my wife her Visa and everything was going well till we moved. We got the acceptance letter in the mail last week and it stated that we must fill out the AR-11 form and send it back. This is where we get confused. First of let me explain her story. She was brought into the US by her parents as an infant and was raised here. I met her in school, we fell in love and then she informed me about her situation. This was many years back and we finally got married last year and begun to file for her. So she has no Alien # to go off of on most forms, does not know her port of entry and we don't know what to put in those specific areas, such as these...

1. I am in the united states as: (a)visitor (b)Perm. Resident ( c)Student (d)Other:

It is obviously other, but we don't know what to put in there as she is in the US illegally.

2. Aline card number:

We were just told to put None as she doesn't have one.

3. Port of entry into the US:

4. If not a permanent resident my stay int he us expires on:

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we need to fill this out and send it in within the next 10 days.

Firstly a Wife would not be getting a K-1 "Fiancee" visa, so I will move this to the correct forum...

Sounds like you are adjusting status from some Non-Immigrant status to Immigrant to get a green-card, not a visa for spouse.

You can file AR-11 on line for a change of address, US citizens do this if moving while an I-130 is processed. Also if you file an I-864 as part of the AOS package, you will need to file an I-865 to change sponsor's address.

I-865

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

What exactly did you file?

Was your wife's parents inspected when they entered the US or did they enter illegally?
