Priority date *blank*

I was reading NVC website to know when should i be expecting my next step after noa2, and it says something about priority date stated on my approval. I checked my noa2 and i found out that my priority date is blank. is this normal or they messed up?

Essentially K-1 has no priority because there is no limitation on how many are issued every year.

K-1 NOA 2 will have an expiration date, however the consulate can and will extend this if they cannot interview prior to that date.

Example one has not pri-date either.
