Well...I yield to your on the scene observations. But from my experience most are never under a C cup. But I travel in an older crowd.

BTW, I've never been to Belarus.

Yeah, I was on a mobile app and confused you with Why Me.

If they're older, they've probably had children and that means bigger boobs.

In the US, average cup size used to be a B, then C in the 90s, and now D. This is due to weight gain overall and hormones/chemicals in food. So the FSU, where they don't have the weight gain or the chemicals, young women tend to be A and B. Guys, from what they tell me, also seem to prefer smaller boobs and the only girl I know who ever wanted bigger boobs is a porn star and thought she would make more money with implants.

Funny how a 'Soviet era expert' can write something like that... remembering that Soviet propaganda was partially about making people think that 'there is no sex in the USSR' (there are still a lot of jokes about it). When the USSR collapsed people became a lot more open on that matter, and that's when women became wearing all kinds of high heels and mini skirts and dresses, cause they didn't really have a chance to do it during the Soviet era with all those dull dresses, most of which looked almost exactly the same.

Young people are different in that matter now, cause they've always had a choice.

Alla does not miss the Soviet era clothes. Sex was an "open secret" There was no law against prostitution because "there are no prostitutes in the Soviet Union" :o

Why do you think Bahbuskas took the young children for "walks". It got them out of the flat so mom and dad could have sex. On the other hand, there seems to be little or no hang ups about sex, in my experience, and a total acceptance of one's body. There are no "bad parts" or so it would seem. Makes sense. How is one piece of skin bad and another good?

But there WAS a lot of "official" stress on remaining a virgin until married, etc. that no longer exists and one of the reasons apartments are so popular for rentals is that many women would not be seen going to "public hotels" with men who were not their husbands. We had "no-tell motels" they had "no-tell apartment rentals"

You misquoted me...I said I was a bit of an expert on Soviet era women.

The Old Russian State seemed OK enough with sex and vodka. No church telling you not to be naughty. Marriage was unnecessary and abortions free and easy. Where's the oppression? And, frankly, I find those old Russian female uniforms pretty sexy.

I sure wish I'd see some of those "Dees" walking through my Starbucks. I don't doubt your hypothesis but I just don't see it out on the street. I would say it seems the opposite...women keep getting smaller. Maybe not nursing long enough or at all. Maybe diet. The old "corn fed" girls seemed bigger back in my day...but this is all anecdotal. The ladies used to refer to being buxom or "busty." Never hear those terms now except in women's clothing stores. Larger women were more accepted back in the fifties with Jane Mansfield and her fellow pin-ups were more meat and potato style. Then we got Twiggy and Gay clothing designers who hate T&A. It's all been downhill since.

Yes, we got the miniskirt but we lost garters and stockings to pantyhose.

Did you really lose those VV? Alla will not even wear panty hose. Stockings only (but she doesn't wear mini skirts either.) Give me just-above-the-knee skirts and stockings ANY day. She claims pantyhose are not "healthy" . OK.

The boobs are bigger; it's just less noticeable because everything else got bigger along with it.

And now they are just another "roll"

Eh, why? I like it; all of the information I could ever want in one place. I also love random trivia and useless facts, though.

Because the days of actually knowing anything seem to be over. Just google it or use wikipedia and you must be right. Even though nothing in wiki is fact checked. It is like supporting one forum post with another forum post. Lazy.

I have been teaching the boys what I and Alla consider valuable life skills, how to fix things in the house, build things etc. They, of course, say "I can watch a video about this on the internet" I give up.

Pretty soon we won't even need colleges or anything.
