VISABULLETIN - SOME FACTS, OBSERVATIONS, THEORIES & CONCLUSIONS

1. Interview schedule is the only way we can predict the cut off dates. Our predictions turned out right twice!

2. VB comes out on 8th to 12th of every month, probablity high at the midpoint 10th. If 10th is a weekend then always 9th date of that month.

3. VB gets updated by 3pm-5 pm ET every month, mostly 3 pm. (Last update was 5pm ET).

4. Dont pay attension to strange forums. If data from other forums are confirmed by majority of members then you can rely on that information. I LOVE VISA JOURNEY

5. A single day/hour delay in filing I-130 at USCIS and case completion at NVC will bring a huge impact on your wait time.

6. VB cut off dates are calculated before 26th of every month and interview dates are sent to consulate the following weeks. coz without the cut off date already in hand they cant sent interview schedule to embassy or to petioner/ applicant.

7. VB is a roller coaster ride. You may experience many emotions you never ever experienced in life. Be prepared for two extremes, excitement and panic. Over several years you may get adapted to it.

8. Some terms F2A couples never forget.

F2A - F***ed up 2 America! (we all got F***ed up for 2.5 years!)

LPR- Longing permenant resident.

Retrogression- Some sort of Agression!

WAIT- Golden word for F2A

Patience - Best way to learn patience, just file I-130

Journey - Cant imagine this journey without Visa journey!

Offcourse visabulletin! :hehe:

9. Some events while couples were apart living in two different countries.

Election.

Procession.

Recession.

Retrogression

Dooms day.

Earth quake

Hurricane.

Tsunami

Depression

Double dip depression.

10. VISA BULLETIN CYCLE

Lets divide VB into 4 phase

a) Normal phase.(Before April 2010)

VB moves at @ 1.5 months for every month. speed is constant, no complications as seen in other phases.

b) Accelerative phase.( April 2010- Dec2010)

New immidiete approvals from USCIS, we may get overexcited assume that journey is about to finish as destination appears to be very close with that kind of acceleration. Cases already in progress at NVC gets completed in weeks time and when it reaches embassy, retrogressive phase starts.

c). Retrogressive phase. (Jan 2011- Sept 2011)

Hope everyone here gone through this phase. We have experienced it. No explanation needed.

d) Post retrogression phase. ( Oct 2011- ??)

Slow movement but speed is constant. and it ends up in the normal phase to form one cycle.

In this phase it may appear that destination is too far......coz of the thrill and excitement of intial acceleration.

Believe me or not........VB is ALWAYS moving at 1.5 months for every month.

NO MATTER......

1. How they accelerated (1,2,3,4,5 gears in 2010)

2. How they decelerated in (5,4,3,2,1 gears in 2011)

3. Put reverse gear in December 2010.(Retrogression)

4. Breakdown the car (Unavailable)

5. New fiscal year (88000 visa).

6. Unused visa from previous year.

7. Higher visa availability for F2A than other category.

All these are absolute nonsense.

Internally the movement is 1.5 months per month. I would say 2 months.

1.5 is bit conservative statement made by DOS coz they dont know how many new I-130 filing will be in coming months.

GUYS.....In this time period you will meet new friends, cry, laugh, gets disappointed, experience painc states, as i mentioned earlier in some post.... learn new skills word, excel research, stastics etc. You will prepare many draft sent it to many authorities from congressmen to even president.

REMEMEBER.

UNITED STATES LAW IS LAW. WE MUST RESPECT THOSE LAWS. AND

"WAIT".

Some of you are excited to send letters.... i dont wanna discourage you. You can sent letters organise local events, arrange procession through streets! list is endless..... all these things go around and comes back to the same old immigration laws.

You newbies out there reminds me of my intial days i spend in VJ way back in 2009, now i am adapted to it. Thats y i always listen to you..... coz discussing the same matter again n again doesnt make sense. I always shared my ideas supported this forum try to make you smile so that our pains gets allevieted.

I know its very hard to accept...but we have to accept the Truth...and the truth is...2.5 years of Wait.

CONCLUSION : MINIMUM WAIT 2.5 YEARS @ 1.5 - 2 MONTHS.

You may have differences in opinion this is what

good analysis my friend.....

but did anyone in the past have mentioned the misgovernance of usage of visa numbers to the notie of any concerned authorities???? I know the answer and the answer is NO....

In the past all the F2A were fighting for Immediate Relative status....which cannot be possibe otherwise than by passing a new law by elected member in the parliament and judiciary committee...and this is the reason why all the bills favouring our movement was failed....

We dont try to demand Immediate relative status to our spouses but we want to force them to utilise full visas allocated to F2A category and this dont require any procedure as mentioned above...Only one concern person can ment this mistake or misgovernance....

i hope this bring you to our movement....thanks friend
