Hi all, I am trying to file AOS for my wife. On form I485 one of the questions were

Were you inspected by a U.S immigration officer ( Yes ) ( No)

which one should I check?. I am thinking Yes but I am to make sure. Thanks all!!

The example I-485 form on VJ says to click YES. I assume it is correct as everyone has used it before with no problems.

The answer is YES, because the inspection is the procedure at the POE of taking the fingerprints, taking a picture, opening the brown envelope, etc. etc.

A person who swam across the Rio-grande would check NO

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
