ok guys i need to know if its too late for me to file for a K1 visa at the embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan....

as me n my fiance got our NOA1 and NOA2 in December 2010 and on that letter it says Valid from 12/07/2010 to 04/06/2011....

it took us this long and got delayed cuz me n my fiance had to gather some important documents n that just took up so much of our time...

so please can anybody tell me if the embassy will process my visa application or is there a requirement that the

application had to be filed within that validation period? plz help! thanks

You never contacted the embassy prior to this date?

Has the embassy contacted you?

Moved from CR-1 to Embassy - more related to the OP.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
