Your visa is "expired" as soon as you enter the US.

Once you do, you have 90 days from that point to get married. (this is not based on your now "used" visa, or it's expiration)

For all intents and purposes, it's a "one-shot entry visa".

Since you will be entering before your visa expires, you should have no issues.

(not sure of your question about the document for married forum?)

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

As quoted your visa is valid for 6 months to use it but it is a one entry only visa and must be used in that 6 month time period. Once you enter the USA it is used, finished and you must marry within 90 days of entry to stay in the country. Once you are married you then file for AOS for permanent residency. Houston hot and hot and just google cheap tickets to Houston from your country and see what you can find.

Weather in May is nice.

June, July, August, not so much - is similar to desert heat, with added humidity.

How are you coping ?

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
