HI EVERYONE, IM NEW HERE...IM ALSO WAITING FOR MY NOA2 ITS BEEN 165DAYS ALREADY SINCE WE RECEIVED OUR 1ST NOA DATED OCT 25, 2010, FILED AT CSC...

JUST WONDERING IF MY CASE WILL AFFECT OUR PETITION BECAUSE I GOT ANNULED TWICE "its a long story but in short these 2 marriages was legally null & void already and it appears to my NSO papers which was submitted to the USCIS together with the I129-F also,, all the requirements listed were folowed and submitted..do you think my 2 annulment situation will cause the delay?...

or if it`ll get approved do i need to explain it to the medical thing or consulate about my annulment of they might need also my case finality of my 2 annulment? or they just simply need my annulment decree from NSO? (annulment decree here in the philippines means the previous marriage contract remarked null and void by the court? is it?..coz thats what i submitted to the USCIS) just wondering coz my K1 case is different from the regular K1 filers...

anyone out there is familiar to my case?..please give me an advice :help: thank you very much...

My fiance submitted me a legal court annulement decree that i sent in with my visa app. She is legally annuled, but has yet to been updated at NSO. But a friend of hers also came already to the USA and in her interview all she had was the court certified decree, not the NSO updated one and the officer passed her with no problem. She just explained to him the NSO had not updated their records yet before the interview time arrived.. I think it will be ok..

MY 2 ANNULMENT WAS ALREADY UPDATED IT HAS A NSO NULL & VOID REMARKED BEFORE WE SUBMITTED IT TO THE USCIS...DO YOU THINK I STILL NEED THE COURT PAPERS EVEN ITS ALREADY BEEN CLEARED BY THE NSO?...BECAUSE IF IM GOING TO BRING THE FINALITY AND THE DECISION WAS THERE AND THE 1ST ANNULMENT WAS THE PSYCHOLOGICAL THING,,THE LAWYER MADE THAT REASON IN ORDER TO MAKE THE CASE QUICK...BUT THE QUESTION THERE IF THE MEDICAL PEOPLE WILL READ IT THEY MIGHT ASKED FOR A PSYCHIATRIC EXAM OR SOMETHING...SO DO YOU THINK ITS BETTER TO BRING THE FINISHED AND REGISTERED ONE? RATHER THE COURT FINALITY?..THANK YOU

ARE YOU DONE WITH YOURS?..PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE..THANKS A LOT...

ur two annulment has nothing to do with the process of the USCIS, bcoz the USCIS investigate only the petitioner.. it is just the process in USCIS right now is really slow..

regarding to ur med. here at slec yes its automatic that annulled women who is found psychological inpa. always do the evaluation BUT if u pass the evaluation at slec then u dont have to go the psychological exam...

when u go to slec just bring the CD, that's all they need...

and when u go to the interview then bring ur CD, COF, and ur AMC...

good luck..

thank you for the information..just wana ask if how do they get the idea of having found psychologically incapacitated if they only need the annulment decree?....you mean the medical people also need the court decision?...because psychologically incapacitated only stated at the court finality not in the NSO annulment decree & thats what, i think they supposed to be needing...what the NSO stated at the secpa paper is only null & void by the court and the date... any idea of really bringing the court finality to the medical thing?...and may i ask what is the meaning of CD?..thanks...

that is also my problem about the psychological incapacitated bullshit about anullment!my ex husband filed for it and accussed me of things that i didnt do,which is he's the one who did that!all of what he said there are all lies!if i bring my court decision [is it the one that has many pages telling about the whole damn story?]they might think that im crazy and i dont want to have psychological evaluation about it,some women said here just to bring the anulment decree that is 2 pages only?it is so frustrating and so unfair! jesus christ!
