So we filed our K1 last September, 2010 but something went missing with my fiance's birth certificate so for some reason they "moved" us to November filers. It says received September on our NOA1 but when we check online, it says they received it on November 5. Anyway, I asked my fiance (U.S. citizen) to call USCIS and check which date we should really follow and they said to stick with November. That really sucked but we were "nice" enough to accept the delay. Now there's still no sign of NOA2, my fiance called in again yesterday and they said it's been over the allotted time and that they will put a service record on it. I'm starting to lose hope and I have a feeling THIS TOO will take time.

Does anybody know how long til we get our NOA2 or til we get any more feedbacks from them once your file has been put on service record? Thanks guys.

We put in a service request on March 15 and got our approval on March 31. Every situation is different. Deff get your congress representative involved and your local representative (we are still waiting for our congressman to get back to us since contacting them on March 15 :bonk: ) Your NOA2 is coming soon!

3/31/2011 NOA2!!(189 days)

6/06/2011 Interview Approved

AOS

7/29/2011 AOS and EAD sent by USPS

8/01/2011 NOA date

8/15/2011 Biometrics walk in (appointment for 8/29)

9/26/2011 EAD Approved

10/4/2011 EAD in Hand

10/18/2011 Interview Green Card Approved

10/28/2011 Green Card in hand :)
