You need to comply with the laws/rules in Cuba, not the US.

*Topic moved from US Embassy/Consulate forum to Latin America, Mexico, Caribbean regional forum as question is country specific*

Your fiancé should be able to let you know what documents you need to take with you and if they need to be translated and apostilled.

Hello,

You need to get the proper documents of proof.

http://www.cubadiplomatica.cu/sicw/EN/ConsularServices.aspx#MarriageCuba

I don't remember exactly, but you will need your birth certificate and proof of martial status. You will hear a lot of ideas about this process. On my end, I had the state seal. Then everything must be translated to spanish. Good thing you started now, takes awhile. It also costs about 400-600 dollars here. And 625 cuc en Cuba. Remember my information is about 2 years old and my memory is hazy. I hope this gives you the start you need

Chao

Dont bother calling the oficina de interes. NO lo cojen! jaja
