First, our lawyer sent the packet of to the NVC on the 30th of march.

So I called the NVC today and finally they said that they've received the packet, but, BUT something is missing and a checklist is sent back.

I just thought our lawyer that specializes in this would get it there safely and all information that was required.

Guess I was wrong... I just get so tired...

Well well, the long wait is over...

I don't know what's up with lawyers i have seen a lot of people here complaining with the same scenario that their lawyer forgot to send something or he claims he sent it but somehow it went missing oh well good luck with the rest of your journey

It sucks when you pay them to take care of everything for you. Understandably everyone makes mistakes.....but VJ is here for you!

I ask, often, when I see 'lawyer involvement' on a casefile here at VJ -

IS YOUR LAWYER TRAINABLE?

If the answer is no, you've got the wrong lawyer.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

“I don’t know what’s up with lawyers” It’s human nature to point out things people do wrong but you rarely hear about the right things people do.
